The client has fifty users in two branches. Four users would like access to Sage Line 50 accounts, twenty users would like access to manufacturing software, 10 users would like access to stock control software and 10 users would like to receive emails to their Blackberry.
Only twenty seven users need access to the hosted desktop and but all users need email.

The client would also need to budget for all 3rd party software, PCs or thin client terminals, monitors and uncontended data link to the internet at both sites.
